I used to love this store, but not after my last purchase. Make sure to check every single item before you leave cause they give you a hard time on exchanges WITH receipts & you only get 2 exchanges. I will not spend a single dime here again!! Unfortunately I've already given them hundreds of dollars over the years before finding out how ridiculous they could be.. Sincerely, a very disappointed ex-customer!! I'll be taking my money to Huntsville's party stores from now on!!

The best party store EVER... The employees are great and very helpful.. They made my sons birthday banner and invitations and they looked wonderful!! I will always buy my party supplies and anything else I need from there!! They have a great selection of party stuff, great prices, and everything you will always need..
