Called to place an order on Valentine’s Day and Fay was so rude, disrespectful and hung up on me before I could even get another word in because what I initially price wise when she asked what I was looking to spend wasn't anything she the number she wanted to hear. I called her back to give her another opportunity to act as a professional and I had explained that I had no problem paying what was necessary but she never gave me a chance to speak, she raised her voice at me and told me "I was a waste of her time". Just shocked at this horrific display of customer service, or the lack thereof.
They were very good to me. I ordered flowers for my dad who lived in an asset living center near them & they worked especially hard to get the order right & to make the order special for him. I have no one else in the area now, but would never hesitate to call them if I ever need a florist in that area. Be blessed Fay & Brenda.
My husband sent me this arrangement for my Birthday and our Anniversary. It was full of gorgeous, huge flowers and was just one of the most beautiful arrangements I've ever seen.
