I've shopped at many Ulta stores and the folks here were the most helpful in finding a new foundation. The employees seem to actually know all about the products.
I am giving all stars because the store alone is GREAT ! The employees and all are great. But I went to the salon part and got my hair cut, dyed, styled and all and I normally dont do this. But I am very unsatisfied my hair is cut way shorter than I wanted and I've now got dye all over my ears, head an face and the color is not what we discussed. I also got my brows an lip waxed and she done an absolute great job and very happy with how my eyebrows turned out.
Terrible experience. They left a sale sign up, but then told me it was old and would not honor it after I shopped in that section just for the sale. Then check out was a nightmare. The coupon wouldn't work, which the employees acted like this was my problem. They got even more upset that I backed up the line but why there was only 1 cashier on a Saturday is beyond me. The process would have gone quicker if the associate new the sales and free gifts and didn't have to keep walking away to check the sales and prices. I will not be returning to this location.
I have never walked into this store without a very warm welcome. I am always in the store for way more time than I plan on initially bc of all the wonderful things they have displayed. The store is very organized and clean. It's my favorite place to shop for myself and others. I am so happy that we have an Ulta in our area. The people who are hired to work this store have always been more than helpful, they are knowledgeable about the products and if ever I have any question that they do not know, within a couple of minutes they have found someone who has my answer. Thank you Decatur Ulta for being a great place for me to shop.
