I had food poisoning and with hourly violent vomiting and diarrhea. We went there at about two in the morning several months ago. We were sent to the private ER room after about 5 minutes (not much going on). I was treated and taken care of very quickly. They gave me meds that completely stopped the vomiting and nausea (which was awful). The doctor and the nurses were all compassionate and helpful. After a round of glucose they let me go home. I am very grateful for the service that they provide.
Well is really hard to do this but I will try my best...
Today 11:50 am nurses have no idea when doctor is going to come ...
My point is simple "after all the money they charge for all this "
Some towns aren't lucky enough to have hospitals in them, we have two. We are blessed.
I came here 6 weeks after I had my son via c section. My incision had busted open and was oozing green. They were not friendly at all. They came in and checked my blood and after making sure that it was all clear they were going to just send me out the door without cleaning my wound or putting a bandage on it or anything. I wasn't going to leave a bad review, but here we are a year later and my husband had a chest X-ray done at parkway and the dr nor a nurse ever come in to even discuss his X-ray. Someone came in to discharge him and never even offered an explaination for his symptoms or anything. They were trying to rush him out the door the same way they did me!! Not one medical professional discussed his X-rays or referred him anywhere else. He is having trouble breathing and having chest pains!! Parkway is a JOKE!!!
Rude ass front desk check-in workers who act like they don't care about your health and when you finally get back to be seen the staff is still extremely rude, act like you're not important when you don't have a physical injury. MENTALLY ILL PEOPLE NEED HELP TO. I SERIOUSLY HATE THIS HOSPITAL AND CANT WAIT TO MOVE TO BE NEAR A BETTER ONE.
I can't understand that
I don’t understand how this place is still in business. By far the worst experience in my life.
Staff are really good nurses but my only concern is my wife is in here from yesterday around afternoon time... by emergency services she get room around 6 pm then the doctor show up around 7 pm
Also, my husband's blood pressure spiked one day and we took him, they saw him very, very quickly and did a lot of tests to make sure he didn't have a heart attack. He was fine and we are thankful that they were so thorough.
