I got Homeowners and Car insurance policies after being quoted great rates. The next year my premiums went up. The year after that they increased my rates again. At that time my Homeowners rate had DOUBLED from where I started. I had NO claims. I called them and they couldn't give me a reasonable reason and did not care to help me. I went to Alfa where my rates were cut in half and stayed that way.
