EDIT: As not to disparage anyone else who works there I assume this was an owner. She looked to be going over the books with another lady who was also clearly horrified by the aging and bitter old woman's treatment of what was then and only then a potential customer.
The little old ladies that work there are sweet tho..
It's centrally located and inexpensive, the staff members are good. The only problem is that there should be a/c and Internet. That's why I give them a 4.9, but on the bright side the customer service is excellent and the location is ideal.

Safe to say I won't be back at 7:00 in the morning, nor will are ever step foot in that nasty establishment and I suggest you avoid it as well.
Only then was I given a little bit of context by this hard on the eyes hag that it was too late and that I could come back at 7:00 AM. I was so taken aback that I couldn't even come up with a comeback...
Maybe the rudest interaction I've ever had with a person within a place of business...absolutely shocking.
This place is falling apart. Half of the washers leak and are out of order, half of the dryers are out of order. The place stays packed, so some of that money needs to be reinvested in some upkeep.
I stroll in at 8:18 and was emphatically instructed "you cannot do your laundry!" I laughed because I had trouble opening the door with my basket and thought based on the ridiculous tone that she was making a joke, an ironic comment based on what she just witnessed. With increasing vitriol this titan of industry and clear champion of capitalism shouted me down twice more with the same declaration "YOU CANNOT DO YOUR LAUNDRY!!"
