My order was supposed to take 25 minutes. Now after 40 minutes I am watching the employees put three people on hold and go back to talking to each other. All this is going on and the manager grabs a baked potato and goes to the office. At least I know it's not just our company that can't seem to find people with an ounce of good work ethics.
You'll wait for over an hour...I don't know that fast food is worth that kind of wait...ordered 3 separate times and each time I had to call and ask about my order. Their record is about an hour and a half wait. None have been under an hour.
Best place on Earth! They just got a new grill and service has been so much faster. Quality is top notch. So do your tummy a favor and order Steak Out!!!

Oh boy the reviews were right! Id had a salad here a long time ago that I liked so I decided to try their steak. Bad idea! It was WAY overpriced for very low quality meat. Ive had better Walmart steaks! It was also WAY OVERCOOKED and the bread rolls are STALE. My fork also broke immediately probably due to cheapness and they do not ever answer the phone, so forget about checking on your order or lodging a complaint. I got all this for over $30 dollars for one meal. At that rate, I can order takeout from an upscale, quality restaurant. Youve been warned!
Steak-out is very good and consistent. Though a little pricey, still well worth five stars when you can get a good steak delivered.
