Menu had changed, offered less for lunch. Food not as tasty as it once was. Extremely rude waitress.
Always fast, friendly and good. I think a bit more concerned in staff appearance though. Some waiters and waitresses look like Duck Dynasty rejects.
This was the first time that my husband and I have visited this particular Olive Garden. The place was very busy but our server, Kendall, was on top of things. I haven't had service this great in a long time even in slower places. The best part of the entire visit was that I ordered something new and I did not care for it. I wasn't going to say anything about it but my husband did and immediately Kendall took care of it. There was no hesitation in his customer service. Employees like him will be the reason we return to this one. Could not have asked for better. Though I would have preferred more bread sticks brought out when we received more.
2 lasagnas,one lobster ravioli,1 spaghetti,3 waters and a tea...65.00 plus tip. ...probably be my last time there,food is like Ruby Tuesday's AVG. At best. ....it's just OK. Don't see how these places last. Salad and bread are always very good
We had a larger party, and our waitress was having trouble keeping up with the small stuff. We waited a long time for breadsticks and refills. The good was delicious, though!
