Came to my house to do a home warranty repair. Turned the water off at the meter, completed the work, and then turned the water back on. Never once telling me that my water meter was full of water. So I had another plumber come out and fix the leak in the line that caused the meter to fill up. Not saying that Draingo was responsible for the leak but out a decency they could of mentioned it. Thanks Drain and go, go and never come back.
They were quick, professional and super nice. Called before they came out to make sure I was there and fixed the blockage in the shower diverter so we had hot water in the guest bath again within 30 minutes of arrival. They even took the time to answer my questions about how to adjust the shower knob in our other shower so we get hotter water and walked me through how to do it.
The workers were pleasant and answered all new homeowner questions about water heaters. The price was competitive I checked with purchasing a water heater at Lowe’s and with installation, Draingo was the better option. The reason for 3 stars and not 4 or 5 is because on the day of installation the workers showed up after the 5 hour window and I had to call them.
They arrived early, worked quickly and didn’t leave a mess behind, no more leaky faucet! I was anxious about this issue and they did a great job. The technicians and the receptionist who arranged the appointment were all very courteous, I’d be happy to work with this company again
Jon was great. He replaced the part and was very knowledgeable. A different company came out a month ago and said they fixed it but they did not. I would definitely call him back.
