Normally I'd give 5 stars.
Went in about 1 hr. before dinner time and soup tasted like it was sitting in pot all day. Tasted the broccoli only.
The person that took my order had an attitude. And not just with me, but with her staff. I believe she may have been the evening shift leader. No smile on her face, she was not pleasant and she did not wait until we got far enough away before she was making comments about customers. My food was expensive and it kinda bothered me that I paid so much for so little and bad service. I will not come back and I will urge others not to go to the Panera in decatur.

This was the only time I didn't love my broccoli cheese soup. The sandwich was excellent!
Enjoyed our visit for Sunday lunch. Was very busy due to church crowd. They were able to keep up with everyone's orders. Was like a well oiled machine. Our food was delivered quickly and was hot. All the employees smiled and made you feel welcomed. We visit again soon.
Out of numerous menu items at six fifteen in evening. Sandwich made on different bread than was ordered. Area where dirty dishes were to be returned was full.
