The cake I ordered was correct, but the writing on it was not. I told the lady how to spell one of the names on the cake and even signed an order form with the name spelled correctly. When I went to pick it up, of course, it's not spelled correctly. If you can't follow the order as written, why have someone sign the paper stating that is how they want it spelled!?!
