I rented a car to go to another city and pick up a truck I had bought but before I could pick it up someone jacked the truck from the dealership and wrecked it So I had to turn around and come home. On top of that the car I was put in had been smoked in and it stunk. Bad. I didn't notice it when I first got in but as I drove it the spray they had used on it wore off and it smelled like a smoking room at Motel 6. And this was supposed to be an upgrade! But when I got it back to the rental branch the manager, Garcia Toney, listened to me and gave me a discount. I really appreciated him and his professionalism. Even though I just lost 4000 points recently which was a drag he made me want to keep doing business with Enterprise. Never underestimate the power of one person for good.
Great service, Jessica Green handled the service for pickup and did a great job. Princess Freeman handled the return service and was awesome. Enterprise provided just what I needed for my business trip. Low price and unlimited mileage. Could not ask for a better experience.
Once I got hold of the paperwork I should have brought with me, the process was fairly quick and easy. My only beef was that, although I did call myself reading the small print, I only saw "may need to provide proof of residence" and not "currant, paid in full utility bill and proof of income. Mortgage statements and most other bills not acceptable. I think that very important bit of info should have been made more clear. Otherwise, nice people, reasonable rates, easy process, clean car, promptly returned deposit, etc.
i was a little disappointed because when i arrived to pick up the car I reserved, they did not have it. I had to settle on a compact car.Although, the staff tried to make things right. They gave me a small discount and co vered my gas upon return. I will continue to do business with them.
Terrific service, car was very clean and reliable. Only complaint I have is when trying to call the office to extend my rental I was on hold for over 30mins and wasn't able to actually contact a human in the office. I finally googled how to get in touch with an actual person at Enterprise and someone there was able to assist me and send an email requesting I received a call back from the local office... If we're going to be stuck on hold that long they should have a voicemail option or something that would allow us to request a call back from our local office. other than that the staff was all Friendly, professional and very quick to get you on the road both renting and returning the vehicle.
