Called for after hours roadside, some lady in Virginia answers the phone and I tell her I need 2 tires I'm on the side of the road and I'm in need of their help. The lady in Virginia says ok. I give her tire size and location of truck along with number to my driver. She says she will call service truck and see if he has a tire that size. 30 minutes later I get her call, they have new tires that size. 285/70r19.5 awesome send them. She says how will you be paying, cash I replied, she says I'm sorry but we DON'T ACCEPT CASH AFTER HOURS! !
Are you serious? ? They dont!!!! Not only did they lose over a 1k sale, I will never use these people again.. their answer service also acts like they have no clue about the tire business. So long TCI you have lost our business for good..
