Terrible customer service!! Waited an hour to talk to someone. Told two different people I had gift cards to return when I first got there. After waiting an hour, the manager told me all sales were final on gift cards. They took advantage of my mother (who is 81 and suffering from dementia) by selling her AT&T gifts cards that she thought were prepaid Visa cards.
Waited over a hour to get a sim card replaced
