Overpriced, Unprofessional. My phone was “fixed” and as soon as I left the store it was lagging and freezing and constantly restarting itself. I was not happy and called the store to tell them what was happening and that I was going to return, and it was like it was a joke to them. They didn’t want to take it back or give me a refund. The manager (Scott) was very rude over the phone and unprofessional, I will NEVER return or suggest this store.
Took my phone to Apple and they replaced my screen with APPLE parts, which this place DOES NOT. And it was cheaper at the Apple store. GO TO APPLE!
Bought a Duracell Ultra Battery for Harley Screaming Eagle Street Glide 2 year warranty, a Nebo Larry Boss LED flashlight, and 2 lithium FOB batteries. The young man replaced the FOB batteries. In and out in less than 10 minutes. For less than a replacement battery at Harley Davidson. Excellent Service.
I was in there for the first time today and a guy named David helped me and he was very nice and friendly and was very funny and mad every my first visit amazing! He even stayed over to fix my screen! My first time was great thanks to David
This is a great store. They have everything from batteries, light bulbs, small electronics and replacement parts. The service has to be some of the best in Decatur. Their prices are more than comparable to other establishments. They also support local schools.
