My daughter got a loan from here and yes she was late on a payment a couple of times but she made sure to pay. she paid off what was owed and they wanted to renew her loan..she declined. the staff at Decatur finance are terrible, very rude, and very unprofesional. its best to never be late with them. they will blow your phone up throughout the day.. and send you ugly unprofessional letters in the mail... not about what you owe but stating how you need to pay them or your credit will ruin and blah blah they take it to a more PERSONAL level and god forbid they call your job. they will blow the phone up at your place of employment too. also each woman in there needs to be DRUG TESTED!!! i know for a fact one buys pills from one of her clients and they partake in alot of drug related activity there. you can pay them with pills or weed and they will ROLL YOUR PAYMENTS OVER!!!!!!! this place needs to be shut down
Rude hateful nasty people. NEVER get a loan here. If you are even a day late they will harrass you and anyone you put on the contact list on your application. They were rude from the second we walked in.
