The employees here are rude they are not helpful and for the lack of a better word they suck
My husband and I were hoping to get a $2000 loan to fix a vehicle of ours, but the lady said they may not could do it because of some things that were on my husband's credit, which was fine. But the last we spoke to said that she'd give us a call an hour from when we left. That was on Wednesday around 9:30am. It is now Friday of that same week at 5:10pm. We never received a call. We didn't have an issue with our loan not being approved. What we had an issue with was that the lady said she WOULD call us and never did. She could've at least called and told us it wasn't approved instead of not calling at all. That's okay, we took our business elsewhere and GOT the loan we needed!

Need to do all of the research and learn how to get approvals before you call a customer to come in from 30 miles away, great customer service. I have to give them that
