I had an unexpected occasion to visit this store several hundred miles from my home when ordered to evacuate the coast during Hurricane Matthew. What I'd needed at the time wasn't nearly as important as the courtesy of the staff and Manage/Owner? I haven't stopped sharing the story since our safe return to Georgia and I would tell you that if you're looking for an fair shake in a jewelry store, this store would be highly recommend.
Bought out rings there, excellent value, excellent jewelry.
Awful customer service. My boyfriend and I went in on an early Saturday afternoon, 6/7/14. There were two women working and one other customer in the store. One of the women was helping the other customer but the older blonde lady was simply typing away at the computer. She greeted us hello and then went right back to typing. We stood in front of the counter on the other end for a good 10 minutes before we just walked out of the store. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt that maybe she was busy typing up a customer order but an, "I'll be right with you in just a moment" would have been better than flat out ignoring us. There is a ring in the store that I have been eyeing for quite some time and my boyfriend was going to buy it for me today. Granted we are a fairly young couple, 22 and 21, but we were appropriately dressed and I cannot understand why we were simply flat out ignored. My boyfriend was ready to spend quite a bit of money in there and she ruined our experience. We will never be doing business at this Zales ever again.
