I took my generator to them on Monday and asked if they could have it done by Friday because I'm from out of state and I'm leaving this weekend. The guy at the counter told me that wouldn't be a problem. He said there would be a $20.00 diagnostic charge and they would call when they found out what's wrong. They didn't look at it until Thursday. They called and told me what the problem is but now they don't have time to get the part by Friday. I went to pick it up and the $20.00 diagnostic fee turned into $47.51. I asked the manager what happened to the $20.00 fee. She said they don't have a flat fee and she didn't know who told me that. While she was telling me this there was a customer standing beside me. The man taking care of him told him that they require a $20.00 diagnostic fee. By this time I realized that it would do no good to argue any longer and I had better get out of there because I was getting mad. The bottom line is, I wouldn't recommend anyone do business with them simply because you can't trust them. They tell you one thing then charge you whatever they want.

Brought in a Ryobi 40v string trimmer for warranty repairs, with the complaint being that it cut off after a short period of use (under 2 minutes), and once restarted would cut off immediately when put under load. They tried to give it back 4 times over a 2 month period, claiming there was no problem, and charged me a diagnostic fee, claiming diagnostics aren't covered for warranty work when there is no problem found. I took it apart at home, discovered that there was NO grease in the gearbox. Packed it with grease, and greased the output shaft as well. Less than a 30 minute job. Now it runs like a champ. I'll never darken their doorstep again. For the miles put on my car over 4 trips, I would have been better driving to Fayetteville or Cullman's warranty centers.
Usually have parts on hand for major brands. Expect to pay a little more for convenience.
