Horrible service. I bought a stand mid July to have ready for Sep 1 opening. It came with expired tether belts and an older harness. After I contacted customer service it took a month to get shipped 2 more expired tethers and another even older harness. After this was pointed out, 2 weeks later I was shipped just 1 tether instead of 2. I was told it was another error, and it will take another week to get the other unexpired tether, but they weren't going to send a new updated harness (like I would have thought would have been with the original order). I was finally told I could speak to a manager but she was out and would call me back same day. 2 full days later, no word. Wow, this is beyond bad service. I will not by Summit again.
