I have been there about 10-15 times. 75% of the time I am in and out getting prescriptions in an hour. The other times they were packed but still moved a lot faster than any other walk in clinic I have ever been to. Super friendly and my child loves going with me to get a balloon.
We were driving home to Tennessee from our boat in Gulfport Mississippi. A few days before My husband had been bitten by a spider. John's thumb/ hand was swelling and very painful. He was trying to get back home to get care but pain was unbearable. I chose this facility because of the excellent reviews. I'm glad I did. The service was quick. They were limited with the treatment he needed but he advised his best options to get the care he needed. He followed up a few days later with the lab results and again gave him needed info for further treatment. I highly recommend this facility.

We have always had a pleasant experience at American Family Care in Decatur, Alabama. The staff is efficient, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The wait time is better than at our family practioner's office. I am glad we have a place like this to go when we need medical care.
Great experience with American family care, staff was courteous and prompt! Professional and if you need injection , the skill was over the top I would say barely even felt it. Friendly from the moment I entered until I left. Very clean.
