I was rushed through my initial appointments and subsequent follow-ups. I was given minimal information about my injury and recovery process, and practically had to beg for the doctor to speak more than a few words. Now that I'm healing, I'm noticing a deformity that -who knows- might have been avoided were this clinic and physician remotely attentive. I wish I had gone somewhere else, I don't recommend going here without an attorney present.
Too bad you can't give no stars. Just drive to Huntsville to sportsmed. God forbid they talk to you to tell you that you will be checking yourself in on a computer. Evidently I'm invisible. First visit husband was terribly injured. I check him in, they finally call us, the guy was an entire hallway ahead of us. We had no clue what room he went into. When we finally found him, he coldly said dr will be here in a minute. Dr was ok. To the point but talking surgery immediately. Doesn't seem like a surgical situation to us. These people are cold, desensitized to the fact that they are dealing with injuries and humans in pain. Snippy receptionists.
Update since initial review:
Just went back for another follow up to see a different doctor at the same clinic. This doc actually spoke to me and showed my x-rays. I'm horrified at how my bone looks and how it was left to heal by these quacks. If I can do any good in this world it will be to tell people to avoid these quacks.
