I have never experienced such bad service as we have tonight! Had to get our own silverware and our food was cold and had to wait another 15 minutes for condiments to eat our food! And waitress never came back with our stuff, had to get a manager to get it! Don't recommend it!
Friends get their bill but not me.
Had not been here for a few years. Thought I would give it a try. Ordered riblets with a house salad. Did not bring salad until my plate was delivered.
Finally get the tabletop tablet working since only way to see bill. Wants email address to send receipt. No way is that happening. Last time eating at Applebee's.
Waitress finally comes to my table. I ask for bill.

This place was disgusting came at 10 25 pm on a Monday night . Not busy to have at least 3 servers that I seen. Service was awful. Greeted by Kaitlyn which was rude and sat us with a mumbled "enjoy" as she walked off. Wasn't greeted by a server or asked my drink order for at least 10 minutes at the least. We used to be regulars here, the bartender knew us by face which may not say a lot but it says enough about their business and service to come back and be greatly disappointed . Ordered 2 drinks from the bar , had to call the server by the Presto machine on the table, which he never came. Got our drinks after we placed our order. I would say there was 20 people in here with 10 being at the bar, so I understand the delay on the driink but service? No. I don't understand most were sitting around, even seen a girl on FaceTime who I quote said "he's black, smile for me daddy " on top of that there was dirty tables everywhere . I had to wipe crumbs and straw paper our of the booth that kaitlyn sat us at. I'll never be back here ever. I don't know what kind of store they are running but needs serious help. Asap.

Then I remembered why I don't eat here. Service is terrible. Waitress sat down at table with friends to talk. Had to flag down manager for drinks.
Food is okay, wait staff seems friendly, but wait while you pay using electronic table device, so they watch what you are tipping. Feels uncomfortable eve though I tip 20% unless really bad service or just plain incompetent.
