I thought that Arby's was fast food, but as time goes on I might change my review.
The food is always fresh & the service is alwats great! Way to go Arbys on 6th Ave!

I went to your store yesterday 5/27 and got a regular roast beef sandwich.... I complained (after we left the drive thru) as I opened the sandwich , that the meat was burned. I ate a few bites then threw it away. If I had not been on my way somewhere I would have brought it back. Now today 5/28, my husband brings in a sack of Arby's. I was dreading opening my sandwich for fear it would be like yesterday's. Well, it was worse!! Burned meat AND bun. This has turned me off, Arby's. I've loved Arby's for years... please correct this problem 6th Ave. Arby's, Decatur, AL.
This place is always busy, even when slow! They talk to much together rather than listening to the customer at drive thru, I mean how can you order 4 classics and they only get 2? And its just as bad as a walk-in, they've lost my order with a drive thru order, and had to come back and remake mine when they realized the mistake, but its great food, and they have the Meat's!
